I’ve always naturally loved sport and movement. From a young age, being active has been something I’ve enjoyed, so building a career around fitness and wellbeing felt like a natural path for me.
My career began in fitness and bodywork, working within private health clubs as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. This gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge while working with people from all different fitness backgrounds, abilities and treatment needs.
My own journey has also shaped the way I work. I stepped into the demanding world of bikini fitness competitions, where discipline, consistency and physical conditioning became a huge part of my life. Preparing and competing gave me a deeper understanding of how the body moves, adapts and performs, as well as the importance of recovery alongside training.
Today, I bring that experience into the way I work with my clients — whether that’s helping someone become stronger, move more freely, recover from everyday tension or simply feel better in their body.
For me, fitness and wellbeing have never been about looking a certain way. It’s about feeling strong, capable and confident in everyday life.
